Itinerary

Start from your hotel at 09.00 and visit the Hindu temple “Prambanan”, it is the largest complex of temples comprises of two groups of buildings which includes Loro Jonggrang, Sewu complexes, Lumbung, Bubrah and Asu (Gana). Consist of 508 stone temples of various shapes and sizes are either in a complete and preserved condition or have been retained as ruins. We will also visit another surrounded temple like Sambisari temple, it is a 9th-century Hindu temple located that was buried about five meters underground. Parts of the original temple have been excavated and the last visiting Ratu Boko temples.

At 08.00 am pick up at your hotel by Guide. Visit “KRATON” –  Sultan palace, was built in 1756-1790. The architecture is an example of Javanesse cosmos style and reflect Javanesse culture. Till today still used as the residence of the King or Sultan. Visit TAMAN SARI, It is a garden with waterways and hundreds of flowers. In the past, Sultan and their harems enjoyed their leisure time in the tower and watching females bath in the pool below. Further drive to Gunungkidul where we will visit Nglanggeran village, famous as Gunung Gedhe is the highest peak of the ancient volcano, it takes around 90 minutes to reach the peak and descent follows another route down that relatively easily. Afternoon back to Yogyakarta  Lunch at local restaurant.
